Founder & Structural Lead
Sujith is a structural engineer with more than 15 years of experience across structural design, project management and construction delivery. He founded Signature in Trivandrum in 2015 and leads the practice's engineering direction, technical review and project delivery.
Director of Operations
Johnson brings more than two decades of experience in project execution, multidisciplinary coordination and delivery management. His background includes 22 years with ISRO, work with Habitat Technology Group and international project-delivery experience in Nigeria. At Signature, he supports operational planning, coordination and the practical delivery of projects.
Director — Estimation & Feasibility
A retired Deputy Chief Engineer of the Kerala State Housing Board, Valsamma brings extensive experience in feasibility, estimation, planning and project implementation across housing, commercial and development projects. At Signature, she supports early-stage project assessment, cost planning and delivery strategy.
Structural engineering team
Senior Structural Engineer
Rhithi holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering and brings 10+ years of structural engineering experience. He has been closely involved in Signature's design delivery across Indian and UK projects, spanning structural analysis, design development, technical review and the coordination of clear, buildable structural information across a wide range of building types.
Structural Engineer
Sunumol holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering and contributes across structural analysis, member design and coordinated engineering documentation. She is experienced in both Indian and UK structural-design work, carrying engineering models and calculations through into practical design information.
Structural Engineer
Deepthi brings 5+ years of structural engineering experience, including extensive involvement in Signature's UK design workload. Her work covers structural analysis, reinforced-concrete and foundation design, detailed engineering and coordination, with a strong focus on translating design intent into practical construction information.
